About the Role
As a People Ops & Culture Intern, you’ll play a key role in shaping employee experiences at Grexa — from preboarding and onboarding to engagement, wellness, and culture initiatives. You’ll collaborate with HR, Admin, and Leadership to ensure our workplace is not only productive but also fun, connected, and inspiring.
This is a hands-on role for someone who’s people-oriented, creative, and detail-driven — perfect if you want to learn how startup culture and people operations come together.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs
- Maintain and update engagement calendars, invites, reminders, and feedback forms
- Coordinate preboarding and onboarding: emails, asset allocation, document collection, IDs, and Day 1 experience
- Support inductions, training sessions, and team introductions for new hires
- Assist in employer branding content creation (photos, posts, internal comms) and wellness initiatives
- Maintain HRIS data, trackers, and compliance records with attention to accuracy
- Work with Admin and IT teams for asset allocation, supply management, and other employee needs
What We’re Looking For
- Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Prior internship experience in HR, events, campus engagement, or people functions is a plus
- Extroverted, energetic, and people-first mindset
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Creative, adaptable, and proactive with a willingness to take ownership
- Must be based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and able to work on-site at our Vashi office
